Abstract : Geo-polymer concrete is significantly more environmentally friendly than conventional concrete. Geo-polymer concrete is a type of concrete that is made by the reaction of aluminates and silicate bearing materials with a caustic activator. Commonly, waste materials such as fly ash or slag from iron and metal production are used, which helps lead to a cleaner environment. Geo-polymer concrete completely replaces cement by fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag and the polymer materials. Also the curing does not require any water and hence it saves considerably large amount of water. Low-calcium fly ash of grade-c is used in geo-polymer concrete manufacture and shows excellent compressive strength and is suitable for structural applications. This paper discusses the physical properties of geo-polymer concrete made with light weight Polycarbonates of specific gravity 1.0 which is in grounded form and particle size less than 4.75 mm. This is used as replacement of fine aggregate. Acrylo-nitrile-butadiene-styrene(computer keyboard keys) of specific gravity 0.9 and particle size less than 14 mm is used as replacement of coarse aggregates.
